You do what I do. You put red onions on the fire.
When I smoke a brisket, I do it on a 19-20 inch water smoker. I wrap it up for about 90 minutes after a couple of hours to get it tender. And let it sat for about 2 hours. And WAALAH! Enjoy your channel!
